I am using Adobe Reader 8; not too bad.

I am curious about this program (PDF2TXT) you are talking about and would
please like to know the following:

Is this program for free?
How exactly does it work?
Why do you think it is "easier" than using Adobe Reader 8?

I have recently started using the PDF2TXT conversion program and I have
found it quite good - in fact, in my opinion, I think it does a better
job than the accessible version of Acrobat. If you are interested, you
can find it at:

When you are on that page, simply search for PDF and you will find the
download link.

    Hello Claudia,
I think you should download Adobe Reader 8. But if you have it now, try
to open the document again, or install the Adobe reader 8 again. I hope
it helps you.
