Hi Debbie.  Using F2 is exactly what I used to do as well to show the
entire file name and then I'd escape out of it.  The key command Control
and Numpad+ is definitely much handier.  I don't have to go back
repeatedly to F2 for each file name.

I too would like to know of a key command that reads the entire tree.
But,
what I do at present is, press F2 to show the entire file name as if I
were
going to edit the name. JAWS reads the file name and then I press the
escape
key.
