I think there is a jaws pro version which allows you to use it on xp
professional and earlier versions of windows.

problem that you told them you had a windows 98 se machine were led to =
believe that JFW 6.1 would work with your older apps and asked for a =
refund, you'd probably get it.=20
Of course too, it depends on how much time has past, how well you can =
state your case (clearly and rationally) and if you remember who you =
spoke to that gave you the misinformation.=20

Using Win 98 c MS Word in office 97 will not open. It states this =

6.1. Was able to get Excel to work in Version 6.0 after reinstalling it. =

version 6 while reading a document, the say all command does not work =

of the time. Must use the arrow key to read the document one line at a =
time.
Version 6.1 will do the same, but not as often. Computer will freeze =

these to versions. Some times I can use the control alt delete keys to =
