Qwitter questions

First, is there a Qwitter users list that anyone knows of?
Second, I am having some trouble figureing out a particular Qwitter
keystroke. It is Alt+ Windows key + down arrow. (or up arrow) This is
supposed to show you the replies before or after the current tweet, right?
JAWS just says, "not in a table" when I press this key combination.
