Hi Jim;
The controlling computer or, the computer that is issuing the access number,
has to have the equal version or higher than the computer that is being
accessed. For example: If you are running Jaws11.0.1476 & your friend is
running 12.0.1158, the friend can control your computer but, you can't
control his because your Jaws version is older or, a lower version number.
The controlling computer / person is the one giving the access code & the
computer / person being accessed is the one receiving the access code &
typing it into an edit field then, pressing enter to allow the controlling
computer / person to gain access and start the Tandem session. I sure hope
I haven't confused the hell out of you! LOL
If I have misspoken, will someone please jump in & bail my but out?! Hope
