There is a little balloon looking window that pops up in the lower right
corner over the system tray that has text in it. It is like a cartoon when
when someone speaks and thewords come out of their mouth in what looks like
a balloon. Another way to explain this is to blow up a balloon and then hole
it in your hand and emagin words / text inside that baloon
