Problems with a website

Hi,
I purchased an mp3 player called Creative MuVo.  It has a CD with it that is 
supposed to have a user's guide on it.  However, I cannot get to the actual 
information because of images, etc. that have to be clicked on.  

I went to the website www.creative.com and could not get anywhere because 
before you can get information you have to tell them the region where you are.  
In the support link there is a thing called a combo box which does not work 
like a combo box.  I press control and down arrow and I get Africa and nothing 
else. 

I am just looking to find the user guide in text or some sort of information.  

I am using IE 6 and JFW version 7.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
