RE: Problem with attachments

Thanks, Tom.  I will try your suggestion.  However, still don't know why
after insert A, then pressing enter, the box with options such as save
attachment, cancel, open, etc. doesn't come up.  As I said, it just suddenly
quit.  My husband can open the attachment with his mouse, but I can't with
the aforementioned procedure, which has worked for years.

Vicky, The only thing that happens when I press enter after using insert 
plus  A is the attachment open. To get a menu of other options try pressing 
the App key, to the left of the right ctrl key.  Tom
