Problem with Graphics.

Hi List,
I'm having a problem labeling graphics and setting up Outlook Express to have the best performance with JFW. collapsing e-mails isn't working either. My e-mails are already grouped by conversation.
Could someone please give me step-by-step instructions on how to set up OE to have the best performance, and how the collapsing feature works?
