I would try this
In IE, select the menu "Tools" -> "Internet Options". Under the tab of 
"Privacy", move the slide to "Medium". which is 66 percent I believe.  If 
you don't have a slider tab enter on the default level button.

Hi friends,

I'm not able to login to any of my mail accounts using internet
explorer. I'm getting a message "The browser you're using refuses to
sign in. (cookies rejected)" I at  the same time can login using
firefox. Please suggest a remedy.
