    Hello Ron, 

To print page 16, set the page on 16, and do control+P, and Tab to all pages, 
then arrow up, or down to current page, and enter.

  I am trying to print page 16, for example, from a 20 paged document.  The 
only prompts I have are:

   

  Odd numbers

  Even numbers and

  All pages in range.

   

  Can anyone tell me how to print just one page?
