That seminar was good for powerpoint 2003 techniques not 2007. Jaws
sucks with 07 where it once was pretty decent with 03. I would make
really sure before I plunked my money down that the version of
powerpoint featured in that seminar wasn't an old one. FS totally
dropped the ball with 07 and I don't think they have even bothered to
fix the jaws issues with it in jaws 12. This is something of a major
annoyance to me since I use this stuff every day at work to train
classes. I can't write on a board and powerpoint helps with filling
the void since I have it hooked up to a projector. but, man, would it
be nice if the notes and outline pane worked propperly.

Hello list, I need help!
I am taking a public education class on my university and they expect
everyone on the class to do a power point presentation. The problem
is, I don't know anything about power point and how to use it with
jaws. I tried the jaws help but they only list the key strokes. FS
has a web seminar, or something like that, about how to use power
point. But guess what? The seminar cost more than an old man's
pension... again! I am willing to give up the money since power point
is a must on most of my classes. However, I don't know if it will
work. Does anyone know of any other, more cheaper, alternatives? If
not, do you know if the freedomscientific web seminars work and are
worth the huge amount of money they cost?
