Please help

Hi friends,

Wish all a happy new year.

I wonder what is Marlet 61557.  This is what i hear when I press insert page 
down tosee the status bar it says start and the above mentioned name and 
number.  I have XP pro with SP2 and Norton 2005.  I have recently done system 
scan and found no virus.  By the way this is an old problem but I don't know 
what it is.  Please help.
