Yes. I've seen some severe spyware/adware infestations that Ad-Aware just
couldn't fix. I loaded Pest Patrol on the affected machines and all was well
in fairly short order. It's easy to run, though you may have to use the
JAWS cursor occasionally, and the update process is pretty easy too. If you
don't mind spending 50 bucks it's a good package.
