A system can only have one anti-virus active and installed. If you have Norten
licenced already and it'll be good for as long as panda will, uninstall panda
and install Norten. What to you mean the antivirus is part of the motherboard?
Motherboards are the hardware of the computer they do things before Windows
starts.
