PDF files with JFW

Hello Group
I need to be able to make a PDF document for posting on a web site, but don't have a Adobe Pro program, just the reader.
Do any of you have a method for doing something like this that is accessible with JAWS?
Adobe Pro is out of my price range.

I am using JFW 6.2 and Windows XP Home.
