I am having the same problem too, especially with PDF files at work. And, does anyone know how best to deal with PDF files that are scanned image files? I have K1000 here at home, but not at work, so a non K1000 solution would be helpful. The folks at work are very helpful, and try converting the PDF's to Word or text documents, but that is a real pain at times. I have kurzweil 1000 as my default opening program for pdf files. christine----- Original Message ----- From: RonTo: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, October 25, 2009 8:48 AM Subject: PDF Files with Jaws Hi All. Recently I am having difficulties reading PDF documents. I am using Acrobat Reading 9, but after following the instructions for the document to be made readable, I find I can only read the first few lines. I am using Jaws 10 and Windows Vista. Can anyone please help, or put me in touch with a group that can? Thanks.
