I think you should go back to adobe reader 7. I have not had any problems
with pdfs using this version.

All of the PDF docs I get, after processing come up with"alert empty
document." Since I know better, I print it out, scan with OepnBook software in
order to access the document. A pain, but it works.

seem more complex. I have kurzweil 1000 as my default opening program for pdf

Recently I am having difficulties reading PDF documents.
I am using Acrobat Reading 9, but after following the instructions for
the document to be made readable, I find I can only read the first few lines.
I am using Jaws 10 and Windows Vista.
Can anyone please help, or put me in touch with a group that can?
