I think you should go back to adobe reader 7. I have not had any problems with pdfs using this version. ----- Original Message ----- From: Judy Jones To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, October 25, 2009 1:36 PM Subject: Re: PDF Files with Jaws Hi, All of the PDF docs I get, after processing come up with"alert empty document." Since I know better, I print it out, scan with OepnBook software in order to access the document. A pain, but it works. Recently I am having difficulties reading PDF documents. I am using Acrobat Reading 9, but after following the instructions for the document to be made readable, I find I can only read the first few lines. I am using Jaws 10 and Windows Vista. Can anyone please help, or put me in touch with a group that can? Thanks. Ron
