After a little testing, I think it did correct the problem. Thank you.

Hi,
Try setting the default mail program by using the shortcut "Set Program Access
and Defaults" from the start menu. This should work the same way it does in
Internet Options, but hopefully, this will correct your problem.
To send a message using Outlook, press the Alt S key combination.
I hope this helps,
Ryan

Subject: Outlook vs. Outlook Express
When I activate a send mail link in email or on a web site, the blank message
form that comes up is in the Outlook format. I would rather have it in Outlook
Express. I checked IE 7 tools, internet options, programs page, and Outlook
Express is the default. Any Ideas how to make it happen?
In case I have to live with the Outlook form, what is the keystroke to send the
message?
