I have an add-in that makes some additions to the Outlook toolbar. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, JAWS doesn't recognise that particular add-in's options. It won't see anything beyond the traditional toolbar that comes with Outlook. Is there anything I can change in either JAWS or Outlook to correct that problem, or a workaround someone's found to make Outlook and JAWS play nice? Using JFW 9 and Outlook 2003 on Windows XP if that's any help.
