I attempted to use the Control+U combination with no result, but I'll keep on trying. In fact, Control+U didn't seem to do anything at all when I tried it. I did follow the instructions as suggested. Maybe it's my version of Outlook? I thought I had version 2003, but on reflection I may have the 2002 version. I'm not sure. Is there a way to directly jump down to the first unread or last read E-mail in my Outlook Inbox? I would think there must be a quicker way rather than scrolling down to locate where I want to begin viewing my E-mail. It would help a lot. Thanks.
