Alt D puts focus in the address bar. When you move there, the web address is
highlighted so you can clear by hitting delete or just begin typing what you
want. For example you could type www.freedomscientific.com, hit enter and you
will go to that site. Alt D then control C is the quickest way to copy a web
address.
