But how do E-mails become collapsed in the first place? I'm looking through
some of my folders and some of them say "collapsed" and some don't. I've
right-arrowed the collapsed ones, and now they say "expanded" when I arrow back
through them. Can I just make the collapsed and expanded E-mails appear like
the other ones that don't say anything before them?
