Loreal,

to be subscribed to the blindtech list, send a blank message to:

blindtech-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
then you get email from yahoo, you've simply to reply to that message and wait
for the welcome message then you are in that list.
you'll get there the whole information.

About your outlook express problem, try to email me privately and I'll try to
help.
My email is written below.

  James,
Could you possibly email me offlist and tell me where exactly to go for this
other list you mentioned? I'm having difficulty in copy/pasting your email
address (so I could email to you only) into the webmail browser I'm forced
  to use right now. Thanks.
  Loreal
