Hello, I am using JAWS 8 with windows XP. A few months back, I installed windows update and almost simultaneously JAWS came out with an update so I don't know which messed up my Outlook express. I was using I.E. 6 but the Freedom Scientific tech suggested I upgrade to I.E. 7 which I did but it did not fix the problem. What is happening, is, when I try to respond to a message by pressing control r, sometimes I get an error message which says Outlook Express must close, when I close it, it bounces me back to the desktop. Other times when I press control r it says there are no tables on this page. Sometimes it just bounces me out of Outlook Express without any error message. Also when I am reading my mail, as I scroll through it, I press the delete key and it usually proceeds to the next message. This does not happen all the time, sometimes I need to press the escape key to close the message and then delete it. If I do not do this, it just stops, no new message comes up.
