Hello Barbara.
Jaws for Windows does not support the implementation of this while using
Outlook version 2002. As you see this implementation works very well within
Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007. The implementation of this in Outlook 2002
does work it is just not reported by Jaws for Windows.

at home - where it is not working, I have Outlook 2002.
At work, I have 2003.

Are you using two different versions of Outlook?
Outlook 2000 does not have the function of completing and reading your
address; later versions do. If you type the relevant letter though (in the
"to" field), tab to the cc field and then shift tab back to the "to" field,
you will hear the address read out to you.

Hi List,
At work, as I type in an addressee into the TO edit box of an email, the
choices automatically fill in and speak as I type.
E.G.:
If I type B, I hear Barbara.
Then if I type O, I will hear Bob.
Then I type R and hear Boris...you get the idea. It keeps bumping me down
through the choices that start with the letters I have type so far.
At home, Outlook doesn't do that.
Does anyone know what makes that happen?
