Hi Diane:

I fixed the problem by tweaking some of the Windows 7 appearance and display
settings. Unfortunately, I am not sure which setting fixed the issue as I
changed a number of them at the same time. One thing to remember in Outlook
2007 is that you need to turn the reading payne off for each mail folder.

Cheers,

I, too, am using a trial version of Outlook 7. If I depress insert and down
arrow, my message reads just fine. It is not automatic, and I will be
interested to know if anyone else has any further suggestions for settings
with Outlook that may make it easier to deal with.

Dianne

Subject: Outlook 2007 and Jaws11

Hi all:

I just switch to Outlook 2007. I followed the instruction in the Popular
application help screen in Jaws to optimize Outlook. When I open an
email and try to arrow down to read the content of the message, it seems
as if the cursor is stuck on the first line of the email. If I use
control + right arrow, then I am able to read it one word at a time.
Currently I have the Previw turned off. I tried turnign on an doff
different options but to no avail. I am using Windows 7 & Outlook 2007.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

ka mal
