Hi Bill, and others! That sounds great does anyone know how you would change it back the normal way instead of using the damn ribbons? Another thing I might add is that I went blind when I was 16 and now I am 20 so before office 2007 came out I had a visural idea of whow the normal way of office looked like and when I lost my sight and was tought to learn with Jaws. Now I just get compuse. Just out of cureiousoty if someone on this list had sight could they explain visualy what the ribbons look like? It might help me.
Many ThanksP..s I had an idea maybe if fs could do a kind of webpage in the help topics of Jaws with microsoft office apps kind of like what's changed and what verious things are in catorgies For example if I remember right before 2007 to change the file size you would go to the format option go down arrow once find font hit enter on that tab twice and then you find the file size then change it to whatever you want and then hit enter. Oh not forgetting you have to highlight what you want 1st. And another example is thing wear you find out how many pages you are on your document how many words etc it wa some wear in tools I think again in 2003. But in office 2007 I haven't got a clue!
