What do you mean by "it stays connected"? How do you know that it has
disconnected if you're using high-speed internet?

Subject: Off Topic, but if any help
Using outlook exp, jaws 5.0, win xp.
I have a broadband connection.
Each time I open outlook express, it downloads the messages and then
disconnects. It stays connected, however, until I move the cursor to read a
message. So long as the cursor is stationary, it stays onLine.
Any thoughts? Respond privately if you like.
