i have messages grouped by conversation
if i press insert up arrow
jaws tells me i have 19 messages
if i press insert page down,
it tells me there are 26 messages
meaning there are 7 collapsed messages under neath
try that and see what happens

Hi List,
Can anyone tell me why JFW would give me an incorrect reading of the number
of messages in a folder? Example: JFW tells me that there are 17 messages
in the Deleted folder when in fact there are only 6. This problem occurs in
all of the folders. Is there some setting that may have been accidentally
changed?
