I use FineReader 7 Pro, and find it very easy to use and quite accurate for converting books into digital formats.
I have used both Kurzweil 100 and Openbook, and while these OCR programs work well, they are far more expensive (about $1000) while Abbey FineReader 8 is a fraction of that price.
