OCR Software with JAWS

I was asked to put together a package of hardware and software for Braille
transcription. Is anyone using either Omnipage 15.0 or FineReader 8.0 with
JFW? If so, how well does either of these software packages work with a
screen reader? Would either OpenBook or Kurzweil 1000 be better for this
purpose?
