Chris,

Just curious, but what about the old standby, SpyBot? I'm accustomed to
hearing of that being about as popular as AdAware and often used in
conjunction with it. Is this new one replacing SpyBot as well as AdAware in
the hearts of blind computer users? If so, why?

Thanks.

Hi Yardbird, why not give Super Antispyware a try. Fully accessible out of
the box. Go to www.superantispyware.com and download the free edition, which
should be enough if all you want to do is manually scan for spyware and
check for updates. The Professional (shareware) edition provides real-time
protection, automatic updates, scheduled scanning, and more. Hope that
helps.
