Norton Ghost, and EMC retrospect backup

Hello Everyone,
I'm planning to ghost my HD to another HD using Norton ghost. The computer
programmer that is doing this work wants to use EMC retrospect backup
too. He said, that it has a better scheduling program for automatic back
ups. Does anyone know if this program is Jaws friendly?
