The only reference to a virtual cursor was for use within MSAA functions
such as Internet Explorer. It went to the numpad plus when in IE.

Well, now we've got everything straightened out, except that I'm still
trying to imagine what happened to that virtual cursor feature. And what it
was for, in the first place. Anybody know? I'm talking about Jaws and
Microsoft Word, a feature that was toggled on and off using Insert Z until
Jaws 7.
