EMK and all,

 

 

Make sure you're in the JAWS window (INSERT+J) to if you wish to open
the Basics options. Have you tried turning off and on your Braille
display, then reloading JAWS? Try reinstalling JAWS, not the
authorization key.

Hello everyone, I hope I will be able to explain my problem so it will
be clear. I had an authorization problem and called SF to fix that
problem, but now I unable to find options, basics, voices, etc. When I
enter on the desktop icon there is funny sound and nothing happens
except I am unable to read my Power Braille. 

Can anyone tell me how to fix this and/or explain what is wrong? I would
really appreciate the help.
