New key board MS 400 Urbonoics board question about software?

Hi all, got a question here? I had to get a new key board. I so far got
this MS 400 Urgonomics? thing. I want to know if it is safe to load in
the software that makes the key bord work with all the key settings? I
herd that this could cause a conflit with jaws keys and magic, is this
true and is there a wayh around this?
