it sounds like you might have some outlook files in your user folder.
another quick test is to run JAWS with the /default option and see what
happens.

So somebody shoot me.
I uninstalled this new update successfully and downloaded the complete new
package via the link Darrell supplied.
Result: same issue spelling out unknown script error when doing a control
plus R in reply to this message.
Once again, I had to use the file menu route to get this reply back to the
list.
Version 7.1 is looking better than ever.
Any other suggestions before I go 'postal' here? Yer pal, Mitch

install. i don't believe in install on top of a previous
version. this is my habit. maybe you also try to do a clean install?

Hi, The install of the new 8.0 upgrade went without a hitch.
However after restarting, the usual shortcut keystrokes of control plus N
for new message and Control plus f for forwarding a message result in a
script error.
It is necessary now to use the file menu to perform these tasks.
Anyone else having this trouble?
