It entirely depends on your keyboard, and I couldn't understand your 
message too well.  You probably are using a keyboard that doesn't have an 
Application key.  Assuming you're using the laptop layout, you may be able 
to use Route JAWS to pc (Jawskey left bracket) followed by the right mouse 
button (Jawskey 9.)  Otherwise, you may need to remap the 
keyboard.  Chances are it has keys such as scroll lock and print screen 
that you seldom if ever use, and these can be turned into useful keys with 
a little free utility called Keytweak. A google search for that name should 
locate it easily.  The process of using it isn't effortless, but it can be 
done and you will then have an applications key.
