that is ssl, just say yes and check the box to tell it to remember and not ask you again.

I hope this message isn't appropriate for this list.
I've scanned my computer for any viruses and have run spybot, but when I
open outlook or IE this message continues to appear.
How can I make it not appear and what does the message mean?
