That only works for documents that you used recently. For exampple, if you have a document named "phone" that has the numbers in your personal directory and you just used it, if you press the logo key and the letter P you get your phone doc if you have no other recent documents beginning with the letter P. Nancy,
Press the windows logo key and then "D" for documents. Arrow up or down to the document you want and then open up the context menu. Arrow up once to properties and press enter. Hope this helps you.
