Hi,
Mostly it depends on what JAWS version you are using. I believe
at this point, 2007 would be the best bet for you.

Hi all i courently have office 2003 but i want to upgrade. Just
want to know which would be best in terms of accessiblitty with
jaws, must i go for office 2007 or 2010 or won't it make a
