Most Updated Skype Accessibility for JFW

The Skype subject matter brings up something I'm interested in:

The last time I looked for Skype JFW scripts, I got some from the
AccessiblePrograms site that also maintained scripts that work with
AdAware and Spybot.  My scripts probably are three years old.  So is
any script package more current recommended?
