Hi, it's more likely, in fact 100% likely, that you are using a 32 bit operating system, as XP X64 will never be supported. Is there a good reason not to upgrade to SP3, as yes this is an issue I believe.

My computer is older purchased in 2004, is running XP and the date it gives under the general tab of systems is 2002 but does not give 64 or 32 bit information. I typed in the run dialogue box, sysdm.cpl as the MS web site suggested and used the Jaws cursor to go through all the items listed but none of them gave me the information I needed.
