of corse, the times that I have gone to their text chat, they really don't seem to care. It's always this scripted really robotic kind of answer. Like the one time I called about call waiting to see how to do it. Their response to that was: yes Chris, we offer great international rates and would be happy to assist you with them. It's like, excuse me?
Anyway, that's neither here nor there. I'll only say this kind of above example sort a thing has not happened one time, but more, like countless times.

Dennis, I know it's there in the menu, that goes without saying. I am saying when you hit enter on the menu option, then this stupid dialog comes up that you can't navigate at all with jfw that let's you select the volume, the device to use for speakers, mike, and ringing, etc. that is what I'm talking about. That dialog box doesn't read worth a lick.

Yeah, and if anyone knows in jfw how to navigate that stupid dialog to switch from telephone to headset, I'd love to know how to do it as even with the jaws cursor, it doesn't seem to read worth a flip.

Okay, here's what I think is happening. When I plug MagicJack into the USB port, and pick up the phone, I think I hear Jaws coming through the 
phone!  It reads things about MagicJack, maybe status or something,
before I can talk to someone! So I guess my question is, where do I go 
to rerout Jaws to play through my regular sound card?
