Thanks. Very encouraging. And interesting how FS bounced you to the list for
help. Maybe we should all get a stipend from FS for providing ad-hoc support
on their behalf.

Hi,

Freedom Scientific told me to ask about accessible money management programs
on this list....

Mint is free. So far I have been successful in signing up, adding a bank
account (the other bank account is difficult to add because of the bank),
see my balance in checking and savings, and see how much we've spent on
groceries, fast food etc. It also has been accessible to read how much we
are spending in the categories currently showing, in relation to the Mint
budget set up for us. I have lots more to explore but have found that I am
able to read what is available at this time.

Hi,

I would suggest contacting Freedom Scientific to see if MINT is accessible
with JAWS.

Hi,

Because you mentioned online money management programs I found Mint (which
intuit bought and is promoting instead of Quicken now) so we'll try that.
Excel would be too labor intensive for our money flow and Mint pulls data
automatically from bank accounts etc. I'll try to remember to pass on how
accessible I find it to be.
Thanks!

Hello:

My husband (sighted) and I need to have access to the same financial
program. Any recommendations? I don't need every detail to work with Jaws
but I do need to be able to enter deposits, expenditures, and generally
balance the account. Please let me know what others are using! His Favorite
is Quick books, and Quicken.
