Hi Kim, sure it is possible. What I would do first is open ms-word. Then I 
would type in different letters until I heard what I wanted jaws to say. 
When I have I would delete everything I typed. Then go into your dictionary, 
press control, shift plus the letter d. Type the word or letter the correct 
way, the tab to replace, and type what you want jaws to say. Tab to ok, 
press enter, and alt f4 then enter again.
