Miranda scripts updated

the subject says it all. These scripts are for the new version of
miranda. A new readme file is included. Please please read the readme
file before asking for support. Note I will provide any help I can but I
do not support miranda. I do support the scripts I wrote how-ever. If
you have a problem with the scripts and find a bug I will do my best to
fix the bug in a timely manor. Please remember though I am doing this
as a public servus to other jaws users and I do have other projects on
going. =20
