This is my personal experience, do you have any opportunity to exchange to 
another set of keyboard?.  Some of my customer's computer happen that the 
ctrl key doesn't does it's job.

I do know that the keystroke, insert+ctrl+f, is the Jaws find dialog,
but, this keystroke does not seem to work for a friend of mine, does anyone,
